Day 6 On Becoming Balanced
Should you consider days when you don’t get something done as a day you were out of balance? Maybe even out of sync with yourself and others? You are not alone. Many of us, including myself have exclaimed “Where did the time go!”
Now you are either super efficient, or getting lost in the maze of all you have to accomplish. When this happens more than once per week or it becomes a pattern throughout the month, that’s when it’s time to consider a respite. Yes! A few hours a week or month to spend time with yourself. Key to living a balanced life is having an acknowledged awareness that you are overwhelmed. Your body knows it. People around you notice it. It’s time for you to own it.
Trust me. You will be a more pleasant person to be around, and you will be a better you for you!
