The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) is hosting our 18th Annual African American Health Symposium on Thursday, September 29th – Friday, 30th 2011, in Indianapolis, Indiana. This year’s conference theme, titled “Disease Prevention through Transformative Living,” will focus on how physical, mental, and spiritual health intersect, what practitioners can do to coordinate prevention and care, and how legislators can support their efforts.
