WEOA Radio presented the Third Annual “Sowing Seeds of Empowerment”: A Conference for Women of Color on Saturday, October 15, 2011 on the campus of Ivy Tech Community College – Southwest.
The one-day conference included morning workshops, a keynote luncheon, networking opportunities and a vendor area.
